If you already find yourself longing for a summer vacation, sorry, but Daniela Villegas’ capsule collection for Salvatore Ferragamo is about to add fuel to the fire. Villegas, who launched her own namesake brand in 2008, worked with the brand to create an eight-piece collection that channels Ferragamo’s love of travel and nature through various tropical bird pieces–a motif borrowed from Ferragamo’s famous silk scarves.

“I have always been inspired by nature. It’s what I believe in, where I learn, and where I find my answers,” Villegas says in a promo video. “It’s where I go to reconnect with the world, be in peace, it makes me happy. The bird is a symbol of freedom. They soar high into the sky. They’re a symbol of eternal life.”

Crafted by Italian goldsmiths in sterling silver, topaz, amethyst, gold, and diamonds, the 8-piece collection which features whimsical parakeets, parrots, and birdcages, retails for $240 to $10,000. With National Siblings Day, Mother’s Day, and a whole host of other holidays on the horizon, consider some of your gift shopping done.
