New Yorkers in need for some contemporary Indian jewellery are in luck. Multi-designer jewellery brand Nimai, along with label Deepa Gurnani, NEST and The Fashion Edit, are hosting a showcase in the Big Apple to promote contemporary Indian labels on a global scale.
Deepa Gurnani is run by a New York-based couple of Indian origin, NEST supports an inclusive ecosystem of artisans across the world and The Fashion Edit is a multi-designer boutique—all three boast a strong foothold in Indian fashion in New York.
The showcase will bring together the work of some of the best Indian labels namely Deepa Gurnani, Suhani Pittie, Eina Ahluwalia, Outhouse, Zariin, Chicory Chai, Absynthe Design, Dvibhumi, Roma Narsinghania, Baby Baniya, Grey Tone, Miranika, Ikroop, Kichu, Dhora, Studio Metallurgy, Itrana, Myo Designs, The Line, Flying Fish, Swarovski Confluence (Amrapali, Isharya, Suneet Varma, JJ Valaya), Krithaa, Mahamaala, Misho Designs, Rara Avis, Fooljhadi, Limited Edition, Silvense and Valliyan.
