Swiss watchmaker Chopard recently exhibited some of its choicest luxury jewellery and timepieces, worth more than US$30 million, in Taiwan.
The exhibition, held in the brand’s Taipei 101 boutique, featured a “Black Forest” theme, Ltn.com.twreported.
On display was a butterfly necklace and brooch, set with four heart-shaped diamonds with a total weight of 37.87 carats. The piece is valued at US$1.5 million.
Other highlights included a “Fleurs d’Opales” 18-karat white gold ring, set with a 26.48-carat purple corundum, a 2.76-carat tsavorite and a 24.35-carat black opal en cabochon, and a “L’Heure du Diamant” watch set with 21.09 carats of diamonds in 18-karat white gold.
