When you are running with the big boys, it’s only fitting to do it in style, surrounded by big toys. That’s how budding fashion designer Romey Roe debuted his collection on the uber high end runway at Moss Motors.
Moss is a fan and the two collaborated to create a night of fashion, fun and red carpet glitz on Oct. 12 at the Moss Motors BMW showroom. The ‘Gowns, Ghouls and Giving’ event benefitted Acadiana Animal Aid.
Guests sipped champagne, surrounded by BMWs no less, and got a taste of a New York runway show, as well as a peek at the designs that earned Roe’s creations a spot on the red carpet.
Two of his gowns were worn by celebs at the 69th Primetime Emmy Awards.
Roe, a UL Lafayette graduate, has been a big hit around town and we are waiting to see just where (and in what luxury vehicle) his talent takes him next.
