As the world’s most important watch and jewellery fair, Baselworld brings together some of the most fabulous jewellery designs anywhere under one roof. We take a look at fascinating pieces that commanded the lion’s share of attention from notoriously hard-to-please jewellery connoisseurs this year.
Chopard
A highlight of Chopard’s new 71-piece Red Carpet collection is this choker, which features six rows of tanzanite balls strung together. In the centre is a cluster of colourful gemstones set fanned across a half-circle made of red titanium. Dangling from it is a red ceramic circular pendant nestling a 12.4ct pear-shaped aquamarine in its centre.
