Teijin Frontier, the Teijin Group’s fibre products converting company, has unveiled a newly developed new sweat-suit fabric named DELTAPEAK.
Latest addition to the company’s DELTAPEAK series, the fabric enables a highly integrated combination of physicality, functionality and quality and is suitable for casual, functional synthetic materials substituting for cotton in a wide variety of applications.
High quality with excellent absorbance are key features of this new line as it offers quick drying due to a unique patent-pending four-layer structure. Moreover, soft touch, lightweight, luxurious appearance, high resilience and elasticity for comfort offer a superior blend. The assortment will be released in 2018 Autumn/Winter.
With this collection, mainly for sports apparels, the company expects its annual sales to rise to 500,000 metres by March 2019.
Going forward, Teijin Frontier expects to combine this new fabric with other multifunctional materials for fashionwear, uniforms and additional applications.
