Custom bedding is getting an added designer twist: Luxury linen purveyor Yves Delorme has partnered with New York designer Sara Story to create a special bed for its Bespoke program. For the collaboration, Story incorporated a favorite fabric from her own line with a curated assortment of Delorme’s percale and sateen linens to create her ideal bespoke bed, which will be shoppable to Yves Delorme customers.

With the Bespoke program, Yves Delorme helps clients create custom bedding by pairing base linens in its collection with embroidered patterns, motifs, and monograms. Story’s influence injects a touch of cheerful flora into the classic, traditional options and allows customers the chance to shop a designer-styled bed.

“The combination of colors in this project is whimsical yet classic,” says Story of her selections, which all tie back in to the designer’s penchant for natural influence. “The patterns are fresh and contemporary interpretations of nature. Most of my inspiration comes from nature, which is translated in plays on color and pattern.”
