Portland’s newest perfumery, Fumerie, has opened its doors at 3588 SE Division street in the Richmond area.
The owner and founder is Tracy Tsefalas who has 25 years of experience in the industry. Under the tutelage of Chris T.Tsefalas (of Portland’s Perfume House, founded in 1985), she has refined an extensive smell memory. At her side is André Gooren, fragrance expert who follows Tracy from The Perfume House. His love and passion for fragrance is further enriched by his degree as a history major, driving André to acquire as much information about this industry as he possibly can.
