Fried chicken king KFC is looking to open more than 500 new stores across the UK.

The fast food giant has published plans for 537 target sites across the nation – which include restaurants, drive-thrus, express/take out spots and food courts.

The company currently has around 850 outlets in the UK – but it’s looking to almost double that according to its website.

Fried chicken lovers can now find out where 52 potential new restaurants will be.

  2. Cambridge North – main road, close to retail
  3. Cambridge South – main road, close to retail
  4. Cromer Sheringham – anywhere

  6. Hertford – close to main road and/or edge of town
  7. Luton – centre
  8. Peterborough Centre – Queensgate Shopping Centre
  9. Nottingham Centre – southern side of retail core
  10. Barkingside – anywhere
  11. Bow – close to retail (under contract)
  12. Canning Town – anywhere
  13. Crouch End – close to underground station
  14. Dalston – close to underground station
  15. Epsom – close to retail
  16. Isle of Dogs – close to retail
  17. Kentish Town – close to underground station
  18. Kingston – close to retail
